Abstract

The invention provides an electronic cigarette for which an MEMS sensor is adopted. The electronic cigarette comprises the MEMS sensor which is used for smoking detection, a signal processing circuit,a control circuit and a smog generating device, wherein the MEMS sensor detects smoking air pressure of a user and outputs a detection signal, the signal processing circuit is provided with a signalinput end and a signal output end, the signal input end is connected with the MEMS sensor, the control circuit is connected with the signal output end of the signal processing circuit and generates acontrol signal according to an output signal of the signal processing circuit, and the smog generating device is connected with the control circuit. The electronic cigarette has the advantages that byusing the MEMS sensor to replace a traditional electret membrane, a larger space is provided with other modules like a lithium battery in an electronic cigarette pole, and meanwhile, the influence ofthe high-temperature and high-humidity environment on the reliability of the electronic cigarette can also be reduced when the traditional electronic cigarette is in use.
