Screw rods driven by motors are vertically fixed into the corresponding chambers of the bin body. The screw rods are connected with sliding blocks capable of moving up and down along the screw rods in a matched mode. The sliding blocks are connected with cant boards with the cross sections being right triangles in a sliding mode. The sliding blocks comprise positioning ends matched with the side faces of the cant boards, limiting ends matched with the bottom faces of the cant boards and rack sections connected with the cant boards. The side, close to the corresponding sliding block, of each cant board is fixedly connected with two convex lugs, and first gears engaged with the rack sections are connected between the convex lugs through corresponding connecting shafts in a rotating mode. The two ends of each connecting shaft are connected to the two sides of the corresponding rack section in a sliding mode. Driving wheels which are driven by the corresponding motors and further engaged with the first gears are arranged inside the cant boards.
