The single-phase and self-recovery under- and over-voltage protector comprises an upper shell and a lower shell, wherein the lower shell comprises a relay, a first copper bending sheet, a second copper bending sheet, a working circuit board and a null-line metal sheet, a limitation device is arranged in thelower shell, the upper shell and the lower shell are engaged and connected to form a closed shell, the first copper bending sheet and the relay are connected in a welding mode, the second copper bending sheet and the relay are connected in a welding mode, the working circuit board is fixedly connected with the relay, and the null-line metal sheet is connected with two ends of the lower shell. Bythe single-phase and self-recovery under- and over-voltage protector, rapid installation can be achieved, welding for many times can be prevented, and normal working and test of the under-voltage protector are not affected; the whole copper bending sheet is made of metal, and the mechanical lifetime is remarkably prolonged; and moreover, since the simple structural mode of a mechanical structure is employed, the reliability and the safety are obviously superior to those of a flexible weaving wire mode welded for many times.
