Abstract

The invention discloses applications of the antisense nucleotide sequence of RAD54B in preparation of drugs which are used for inhibiting tumor cell growth, propagation, and invading. The antisense nucleotide sequence of RAD54B is adopted targeting at tumor cells which are high in RAD54B expression and contain double minutes to reduce RAD54B expression through RNA interfering, reduce the number ofdouble minutes, and inhibit growth, propagation, and invading of tumor cells effectively, and reduce the malignancy grade. According to the invention, the antisense nucleotide sequence of RAD54B is used in preparation of drugs used for inhibiting growth of tumor cells which are high in RAD54B expression and contain double minutes, so that novel drug preparation and targeting treatment schemes areprovided for biotherapy on tumor cells containing double minutes, and therapy specificity is increased.
