The peak-shaving control method comprises the steps that when a starting command and the peak-shavingpower given by a DCS are received, self-test is conducted first, if a boiler has a breakdown, the breakdown is reported to the DCS, meanwhile, the power of the boiler having the breakdown is subtracted from the total power of a heat network, and the electric boiler is ready to be started; after the boiler is started, the change of the peak-shaving load given by the DCS needs to be monitored at anytime, and if the change occurs, the power is distributed again; if no change occurs, the electrode boiler runs according to the original distribution amount; at the same time, a command that whethera heat storage tank needs to store heat or not also needs to be received at any time, and the heat network is balanced by matching the DCS; and when a peak-shaving stopping command is received, the electrode boiler stops running according to the preset stopping steps, and meanwhile, a control command of the heat storage tank is received at any time and used for heat network coupling when the electrode boiler stops running. According to the peak-shaving control method of the high-pressure electrode boiler system, short-time unbalance of heat releasing of the electrode boiler system and heat used by the heat network is balanced through the heat storage tank, so that the purposes of flexible running and better participating in deep peak shaving are achieved.
