Abstract

The invention provides a raspberry/sea buckthorn/nitraria tangutorum composite polysaccharide composition, which is composed of, by weight, 3-18 parts of raspberry polysaccharide, 4-16 parts of sea buckthorn polysaccharide, and 3-20 parts of nitraria tangutorum polysaccharide. The invention also discloses an application of the composition. Researching result proves that the raspberry polysaccharide, sea buckthorn polysaccharide and nitraria tangutorum polysaccharide have excellent in-vitro anti-oxidizing activity and can significantly remove hydroxyl free radical, superoxide anion free radicaland ABTS free radical. The three polysaccharides are combined so that the composition is significantly improved in in-vitro anti-oxidizing activity, which proves that the three polysaccharides have synergistic effect.
