Abstract

The invention discloses an alkyl substituted hydrazide based composite nucleating agent and a polypropylene composite comprising the composite nucleating agent. The composite nucleating agent is prepared by compositing alkyl substituted hydrazide and a derivate thereof and a beta nucleating agent, wherein the compositing ratio is 50: 1-1: 50. The composite comprising the composite nucleating agentcomprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of polypropylene, 0.001-10 parts of composite nucleating agent, and 0.001-5 parts of antioxidant. According to the alkyl substituted hydrazide based composite nucleating agent and a polypropylene composite, the mixing ratio of the components of the composite nucleating agent is adjusted, so that the polypropylene composite is high in performance and realizes the balancing between rigidity and toughness.
