Abstract

The invention discloses a method for determining 12 local anesthetics in cosmetic. The method comprises the following steps: 1) sample pre-treatment: preparing a supramolecular solvent, and pre-treating a cosmetic sample to obtain a filtrate; 2) performing determination on a filtrate by employing a high-performance liquid chromatography; and 3) drafting a standard curve, calculating the content of12 local anesthetics in a sample. The high-performance liquid chromatography is employed for determining the local anesthetics in the cosmetic, and a liquid chromatogram-mass spectrometry method is employed for affirmation of a positive sample. The method has the advantages of accuracy, rapidity, and high sensitivity; the detection limit, the recovery rate and precision accord with requirements,and the method has important meaning for safety monitoring for quality of the cosmetic.
