The invention further discloses a manufacturing method of the aluminum alloy coated plate having the formaldehyde removal function. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: step 1, pretreatment: cleaning the aluminum alloy plate base material, brushing glue onto the base material, then drying the base material, and conveying an aluminum alloy plate coiled material into a baking oven for heating before coating; step 2, coating: coating the aluminum alloy plate base material having the thickness of 0.45 mm with the PVC decorative film, the functional film and the protective film in sequence, thus obtaining a finished product.
