The semi-submerged housing structure is technically characterized by comprising four pillars, a box structure, and a surface platform; the pillars are vertically arranged in an underwater solid formation, with the upper ends of the pillars positioned above the surface; the box structure is connected with the pillars in vertically slidable manner; a lifting mechanism can drive thebox structure to submerge. The semi-submerged housing structure has the advantages that off-shore housing is provided for human in costal and lakeside regions; a surface survival rate and an underwater survival rate are provided; the surface platform is docked to a lakeside region; the surface platform is lockable to the underwater portion; the housing structure is fixed to the same site, with nofloating or overturning occurred.
