Abstract

The device comprises amotor arranged on a platform and an underwater base, wherein a drive shaft is arranged between the motor and the bearing of the base to be taken as power source of an aeration impeller; a high speed impeller directly connected with the drive shaft and a low speed impeller connected with the drive shaft by a speed reducer are arranged at the bottom of the drive shaft; a spoiler is arranged at the lower part of each of the two impellers, a guide cylinder is arranged at the upper part of each impeller, the impellers rotate to sputter water and gas to the horizontal direction, to form a vacuum state, so that gas and water are sucked into the guide cylinder; and an annular buoy for regulating water-gas ratio is arranged above the guide cylinder. The invention also provides a method for debugging specific parameters of the device.
