Abstract

The anti-collision type industrial robot comprises a robot body and wearableparts, wherein the robot body is provided with clamping modules, a walking module, an infrared ranging alignment module, a water storage part, a controller and an injection module. The infrared ranging alignment module detects the distance of workers in the forward direction; the water storage part is used for storing clear water; the controller acquires and judges the detected distance, and whenthe distance value is less than the threshold value, the controller controls the injection module to pump the clear water from the water storage part and spray the clear water to the workers of whichthe distance value is less than the threshold value; and the injection module can spray the clear water pumped from the water storage part to the workers. The wearable parts which are used in fit with the robot body, reflection modules and collection modules are arranged on the wearable parts, the reflection modules reflect light beams of the infrared ranging alignment module, and the collectionmodules are used for collecting and storing the clear water sprayed by the injection module. The anti-collision type industrial robot reminds the workers to avoid through the shock force of spraying the clear water and massages the workers at the same time.
