Abstract

The invention discloses a flexible transmission diesel coupling which is provided with a flywheel gear ring. The flywheel gear ring is fixedly mounted on a flywheel disc of a diesel through bolts. Rubber transmission teeth are arranged in the flywheel gear ring, and the rubber transmission teeth and the flywheel gear ring are mutually engaged. Linings are mounted in inner holes of the rubber transmission teeth, and the inner holes of the rubber transmission teeth are directly vulcanized onto the linings. Conical locking sleeves are mounted in the linings, and the rubber transmission teeth arematched with conical faces of the conical locking sleeves. The conical locking sleeves are matched with a pump shaft through a flat key. The flexible transmission diesel coupling is developed for achieving connection and transmission between the diesel and driven equipment better, wherein the flexible transmission diesel coupling is simple in structure, convenient to mount, dismount and maintain and capable of achieving buffering and damping.
