Abstract

The invention relates to an annular-flow liquid film collecting and metering device. The annular-flow liquid film collecting and metering device comprises three parts, namely a permeating collection system, a flow control system and a metering weighing system, wherein the permeating collection system comprises a porous permeating pipe, a transparent sleeve, a drain valve, a three-way valve and a control valve; the middle section of the porous permeating pipe is a porous section; the porous section is made of a porous filter core sintered material and is positioned in the transparent sleeve; aflow-guiding hole is formed in the lower part of the transparent sleeve; after a fluid permeating out of the porous section flows out from the flow-guiding hole, the fluid flows through the three-wayvalve first and then flows through the control valve to enter a water storage container of the metering weighing system; after gas and liquid separation in the water storage container, gas is meteredby the flow control system and is emitted and liquid is stored in the water storage container; the side of the three-way valve leads to the outside through the drain valve. Through precise control andmetering of the gas emission volume, complete collection of a liquid film can be achieved, and the average flow of the liquid film is obtained.
