The rotational flow cover comprises a guiding pipe and multiple tangential guiding pipes; one end of the guiding pipe movably communicates with one end of the pipeline; and the multiple tangential guiding pipes are evenly and annularly distributed on the outer side wall of the guiding pipe and communicate with the guiding pipe, and each tangential guiding pipe tangentially stretches out at the position, where the corresponding tangential guiding pipe is fixed, of the guiding pipe in the clockwise surrounding direction. The motor drives the guiding pipe to rotate relative to the pipeline. A fan in the fan chamber sucks the multiple tangential guiding pipes through the pipeline, and a tornado sucked into the guiding pipe is formed under rotation of the guiding pipe. The storing cabin is installed atthe bottom of the fan chamber, communicates with the fan chamber and is used for storing the wood chips sucked into the fan chamber.
