When a metal air battery of a vehicle is started, the controller receives a starting instruction through a bus and generates an electric signal with set frequency according to the starting instruction, the power amplifier amplifies the electric signal with the set frequency, the ultrasonic generator converts the amplified electric signal into an ultrasonic vibration signal, and attachments covering the metal electrode is separated by the electrolyte, so that the metal air battery is rapidly started. When the metal air battery of the vehicle is turned off, the controller receives a turning off instruction through the bus and controls stop of the ultrasonic generator through the power amplifier according to the turning off instruction, and the surface of the metal electrode can generate a compact attachment serving as an oxidation film, so that self-corrosion of the metal electrode can be avoided during stop.
