Thedevice comprises a molten slag conveying device, the molten slag conveying device is used for conveying the molten slag flowing out of the high-temperature smelting furnace to a molten slag tank; themolten slag tank is used for containing the molten slag flowing out of the high-temperature smelting furnace, and conveying the molten slag into a lead-liquid tank connected with the molten slag tank;a heat transfer tube is arranged at the bottom of the lead-liquid tank, a heat resistance agent is used for connecting the heat transfer tube and the lead-liquid tank into a whole, and a heat transfer medium is arranged in the heat transfer tube; a solid slag liquid conveying device is used for conveying the solid molten slag cooled by the lead-liquid tank out; and a protective gas device is arranged above the molten slag tank and the lead-liquid tank, and a heat exchange device is connected with the heat transfer tube arranged at the bottom of the lead-liquid tank, and is used for conveyingthe heat transfer medium into the heat exchange device.
