A liquid storage cavity in the valve body is provided with a first end and a second end. The second end is provided with a liquid outlet communicating with the interior and the exterior of the valve body, and the rotating piece can push a piston when rotating to provide the braking hydraulic pressure for external force-bearing devices. A balance piece of the balance device is connected with a first connecting part of the rotating piece and the external force-bearing devices simultaneously, and thus when the balance piece is pulled, forcecan be applied to the two force-bearing devices simultaneously. A second connecting part of the rotating piece can also be connected with an external force-applying device, and the external force-applying device drives the rotating piece to rotate to push the piston so as to provide the hydraulic pressure for the external force-bearing devices. The braking system comprises a brake caliper assembly, a drum brake assembly, a first input assembly, a second input assembly and the hydraulic distribution valve.
