The composition composed of parissaponin VII, pennogenin-3-O-alpha-L-Rha(1-2)[alpha-L-Rha(1-4)]-beta-D-Glc, parissaponin H, parissaponin II and gracillin basically can equivalently replace the inhibiting effect of Paris polyphylla for the expression of the p62 gene, and the intensities of the two are equivalent. The composition can be used for preparing inhibitors for the expression of the p62 gene by equivalently replacing Paris polyphylla.
