Problems solved by technology

The X-ray industrial CT method can only be used in the laboratory and cannot be applied on the engineering site
Both the embedded sensor method and the embedded steel wire drawing method only focus on whether the grout outlet range of the sleeve is full, and cannot identify the grouting defects in other parts of the sleeve
The film imaging of X-ray film imaging method is relatively blurred, which is not conducive to the identification of grouting defects, and the detection efficiency is relatively low

Abstract

The invention discloses a grouting connection defect recognition method for a precast shear wall. The objective of the invention is to search an implementation scheme for more rapidly recognizing a grouting connection defect of the precast shear wall. The grouting connection defect recognition method comprises the following steps: acquiring a to-be-detected image of a precast shear wall componentthrough an X-ray machine; inputting the to-be-detected image to a preset first SVM classifier so as to judge whether the to-be-detected image is a defective image or not; if the to-be-detected image is a defective image, segmenting the to-be-detected image through a second SVM classifier according to a preset segmentation feature; and acquiring a segmented to-be-detected image, and confirming theparameter information of a defect region on the basis of a sleeve arrangement manner. According to the invention, through direct digital imaging to a grouting sleeve or a slurry anchor pore channel, and on the basis of image training, testing and segmentation of a support vector machine, a defect image is output; the defect region can be rapidly and accurately recognized; and the grouting connection defect recognition method provided by the invention is convenient for engineering application.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of building non-destructive testing, in particular, the invention relates to a defect identification method for prefabricated shear wall grouting connection. Background technique [0002] As prefabricated concrete buildings are being vigorously promoted in my country, prefabricated shear wall structures are mostly the structural types of projects that have been built and are under construction. The vertical connection of prefabricated shear wall members mainly adopts two connection methods: sleeve grouting connection and grout-anchor lap connection, but whether it is sleeve grouting connection or grout-anchor lap connection, the quality of grouting is very important to the connection performance. Since the grouting connection is a concealed project, and the connection structure is complex, it is often affected by multiple factors such as steel bars, sleeves, bellows, spiral bars, wall thickness, insulation layer, etc....
