Abstract

The combustion chamber is horizontally arranged. The gasification chamber and the heat exchange chamber are both vertically arranged above the combustion chamber, and a gasification segmented type combustion U-shaped furnace body structure is formed. The position, close to a first channel, of the inner side of a topplate of the combustion chamber downwards extends to form a turbulent flow baffle. The positions, corresponding to the gasification chamber and the heat exchange chamber, of the bottom of the combustion chamber are provided with slag pits correspondingly. An air supply port is formed in the combustion chamber. The top of the heat exchange chamber is provided with a smoke discharging pipeline capable of making the negative pressure formed in the U-shaped furnace body structure. A gasifying agent supply port is in the gasification chamber, and the air supply port, the smoke discharging pipelineand the gasifying agent supply port are provided with valves for jointly adjusting and controlling the running work condition of the U-shaped furnace body structure.
