Abstract

The invention discloses application of NF023 in the preparation of a multiple-effect microbicide and an HIV sexual transmission blocker. Experiments confirm that NF023 can directly and remarkably inhibit formation of SEVI fiber, inhibit binding of SEVI to HIV-1 virus and antagonize SEVI-mediated virus infection promotion capability, and has the characteristic of anti-HIV-1 activity. Then, a candidate microbicide for preventing HIV sexual transmission, namely a multiple-effect microbicide which has anti-HIV activity and also can be amyloid fiber-targeted, can be formed.
