The compound fertilizer for the prevention and control of soil-borne diseases in rice provided by this invention has a four-layer gradient structure, consisting of a core, a middle layer, an isolation transition layer, and an outer layer from the inside out. The core includes urea, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, potassium chloride, potassium silicate, and chitosan oligosaccharides; the middle layer is a drug-loaded biochar slow-release layer; the isolation transition layer is formed by cross-linking sodium alginate and phytic acid; and the outer layer is a microbial protective layer. Through the core-shell-membrane multi-layer gradient structure design, physical isolation and sequential release of each component are achieved. The isolation transition layer effectively blocks direct contact between chemical fungicides and beneficial microorganisms, solving the problem of fungicide-microorganism interaction; at the same time, this structure ensures the orderly release of nutrients, fungicides, and microorganisms, matching the growth and disease occurrence patterns of rice.
