The method comprises following steps that the detection unit carries out quality detection on the relay base produced by the injection moulding machine; a detection value is transmitted to the host through the data communication port; the host carries out estimation on optimality of parameters of the group; an iteration technology parameter combination of the next step is given out by the optimization module; the parameter combination is transmitted to the injection moulding machine through the data communicationport for carrying out online experiments; and the iteration of the above processes is performed until a proper optimal technology parameter combination is found.
