Abstract

The invention discloses a method for locating a fault section based on a PGSA-GA hybrid algorithm, which includes the following steps: 1) encoding fault current information uploaded by an FTU of a distribution network; 2) constructing a switching function that dynamically adapts to switching of distributed power sources; 3) Establish the objective function and fitness function of the PGSA-GA hybrid algorithm; 4) Use the PGSA-GA hybrid algorithm to calculate the fault section location and obtain the location result.
