The chitosan iodine biomaterial mainly comprises, by weight, 0.05-1% of iodine, 0.1-0.5% of potassium iodine, 0.15-0.4% of potassium iodate, 1-4% of glycerol, 0.1-0.2% of boric acid, 5-15% of polyvinylpyrrolidone, 0.1-1.0% of water-soluble chitosan, 0.1-1.0% of sodium alginate, 0.05-1.0% of calcium bicarbonate, 0.1-0.4% of tea polyphenols, 5.0-8.0% of buffer phosphate, and the balance of injection water or purified water.
