The device comprises a placing frame for placing steel strip rolls, a punching machine arranged at the downstream of the placing frame and used for punching gaps on two sides of steel strips, and a forming main machine arranged at the downstream of the punching machine and used for bending formation and cutting of the steel strips; the forming main machine comprises a rolling machine for rolling formation of the two sides of the steel strips, and a cutting machine for cutting off the steel strips from the gaps and bending the two ends of the steel plates; the width of a forming roller of the rolling machine is adjustable; and the punching machine and the forming main machine are electrically connected with a controller of the bathroom color plate production line. As the width of the forming roller of the rolling machine of the flexible rolling device is adjustable, the forming roller module hasno need to be replaced when bathroom color plates with different widths are produced, and the adaptability is high.
