Abstract

The technical scheme for solution includes that the thrombus induction experimental device comprises a shell with an internal cylindrical cavity, a fixed partition plate and a moving partitionplate are mounted in the cavity, the moving partition plate is capable of rotationally reciprocating forwards and backwards along the axis of the cavity, the cavity is partitioned into two closed sector-shaped cavities by the fixed partition plate and the moving partition plate, the moving partition plate rotates to change volumes of the two sector-shaped cavities, and each sector-shaped cavity iscommunicated with a first spiral needle. By alternate volume changes of the two sector-shaped cavities, normal saline in the sector-shaped cavities can be pushed to reciprocate, particles are injected into the blood vessel, and the normal saline flows to drive the particles to scrape the intima of the blood vessel. The thrombus induction experimental device has advantages of accuracy and controllability of injury degree, effectiveness in avoiding of the smooth muscle layer injuries, simplicity in operation, low injuries to experimental subjects, few interference factors and high reliability of experimental results.
