Through arrangement of a first elongated through hole and a second elongated through hole in the adjusting base, the circuit breaker characteristic testing tool realizes the position adjustment of the sensor device in a horizontal direction and the position adjustment of the movable clamping seat in a vertical direction, and thus is applicable to circuit breakers of different models and sizes; and the testing tool is simple in structure and convenient to install.
