The method comprises the steps of acquiring a site variable of a control site; and inputting the site variable to a self-adaptive closing model which is trained in advance to obtain a time compensation parameter, and performing phase-selection closing control on the circuit breaker by the compensated control parameter, wherein the time compensation parameter is used for enabling the phase-selection closing device to compensate a control parameter. The self-adaptive closing model which is trained in advance is used for calculating the site variable, the time compensation parameter output from the model is used for correcting the control parameter of the phase-selection closing device, so that the phase-selection closing device used for controlling the circuit breaker can be used for fully considering influence of external factors such as a running environment, circuit breaker accumulated action frequency, oil pressure and SF6 air pressure, and the excitation surge of the high-impedance transformer during switching is reduced.
