The preparation method of the balsam with light fragrance comprises the following steps: (1) adding 0.1-2 parts by weight of peppermint essential oil, 0.2-2 parts by weight of lily-of-the-valley essential oil, 0.3-1 part by weight of cedarwood essential oil, , 0.3-2 parts by weight of neroli essential oil and 0.1-1 part by weight of almond oil in alcohol, heating to the temperature of 40-60 DEG C, stirring to fully mix the essential oil, and then extracting to obtain mixed essential oil; (2) weighing 60-80 parts by weight of a solid paste base, heating to the temperature of 60-80 DEG C to melt the solid paste base, adding the mixed essential oil, and stirring to form a homogeneous solution; and (3) adding 10-20 parts by weight of deionized water in the homogeneous solution, stirring to form emulsified liquid, and cooling and vacuumizing to obtain the balsam with light fragrance.
