Embodiment Construction

[0017] Below in conjunction with embodiment and accompanying drawing, the invention will be further described; In this embodiment, in vitro and HfO 2 The anti-tumor effect of nanoparticles injected into the tail vein of mice to illustrate the function of radiosensitization.

[0018] A kind of HfO with radiosensitization function 2 A method for preparing nanoparticles, the method comprising the following steps:

[0019] (1) 1.601g hafnium tetrachloride (HfCl 4 ) was dissolved in 100mL ultrapure water solution, and magnetically stirred in a constant temperature water bath at 60°C for 2 hours to obtain solution A;

[0020] (2) Take 10mL of the A solution obtained in (1) and divide it into three beakers, and slowly add 10mL of 0.05mol / L sodium hydroxide (NaOH) solution to three HfCl 4 In the beaker of the solution, continue to stir at room temperature for 1h to obtain a transparent microwave hydrothermal precursor;

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method for HfO2 nanoparticles with radiosensitization effect. The method utilizes a microwave hydrothermal technology and comprises the following basic steps: preparation of a hafnium-containing precursor solution; microwave hydrothermal treatment; centrifugal washing; and freeze drying. The HfO2 nanoparticles prepared through microwave hydrothermal treatmenthave good dispersibility and have sizes of 65 nm. Research results show that the HfO2 nanoparticles have good biocompatibility and radiosensitization effect. The preparation method for the HfO2 nanoparticles is simple in process, short in desired preparation time and low in the cost for raw materials; and the HfO2 nanoparticles are totally prepared in an air atmosphere, and no special apparatus isneeded.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a kind of HfO with radiotherapy sensitization 2 The nanomaterial preparation method is used for the treatment of tumors. Background technique [0002] Malignant tumors are one of the main causes of human death and pose a huge threat to human health. Radiation therapy, surgery, and chemotherapy are the three most commonly used clinical methods for treating tumors. Among them, radiation therapy mainly uses high-energy X-rays or γ-rays to induce apoptosis of free radicals or DNA damage in cells from photoelectron irradiation to kill cancer cells and destroy cancer tissues, making them shrink or even disappear to achieve therapeutic effects. However, due to the heterogeneity of tumors and radiation resistance caused by various reasons (such as hypoxia), the dose of radiotherapy has to be increased clinically to improve the curative effect, which limits its effect in tumor treatment. In addition, the positioning diagnosis...
