Abstract

The invention discloses an application of a substance for detection of KIAA0125 gene expression level in assistant identification of ALL (acute lymphocytic leukemia). It is found that the KIAA0125 gene expression level is related to ALL, and the KIAA0125 gene expression level in patients with ALL is significantly lower than that of healthy people. The KIAA0125 gene expression level is also associated with the therapeutic effect of patients with ALL. The KIAA0125 gene expression level in healthy people is significantly higher than that in first-visit patients with ALL and remission patients with ALL, and the IAA0125 gene expression level in the remission patients with ALL is significantly higher than that in the first-visit patients with ALL. The IAA0125 gene expression level can be used for predicting attack and therapeutic effect of the patients with ALL.
