Abstract

The lubricant metering device comprises a valve body, outletjoints, a sealing ring, a plunger and an indicating rod; a channel is formed in the valve body, flow channels are formed in the outlet joints, and the outlet joints are arranged in through cavities in the side edges of the valve body and communicate with the channel through the flow channels; the plunger can be movably arranged in the channel; the indicating rod is fixedly arranged on the plungerand extends out of the valve body; and the sealing ring can be movably arranged in the through cavities, and is used for sealing or opening the flow channels so as to enable the plunger to move in the channel, so that the lubricant is metered. According to the scheme, effective metering of the lubricant in the double-wire centralized lubrication system can be realized, and the size and the weightof the lubricant metering device can be effectively reduced; and the lubricant metering device has the advantages of being compact in structure, flexible and accurate in metering.
