Embodiment Construction

[0032] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0033] refer to figure 1 , the RFID system includes: a number of RFID readers 1, an enterprise management information system 2, and an RFID lightweight middleware 3.

[0034] Several RFID readers 1 can adopt RFID readers with different physical characteristics, such as: RFID readers with different protocols, or RFID readers with different operating frequencies, or RFID readers with different programming environments, or RFID readers from different manufacturers, etc. For example in figure 1 Among them, reader-Al is Alien's RFID reader, reader-Mo is Motorola's RFID reader, and each RFID reader is equipped with at least one antenna. Obviously, RFID readers with the same physical characteristics are also possible.

[0035] The enterprise management information system 2 has: a master database 21 , a commodity management module 22 , and a real-time monitoring module 23 ...

Abstract

A database-based middleware comprises a temporary database system and a plurality of reader-writer adapters, and all the reader-writer adapters are connected with the temporary database system. Through calling of an API function of an RFID reader-writer that is connected with the reader-writer adapters, tag data that is detected by the RFID reader-writer is extracted. Through calling of an API function of the temporary database system, the read tag data is written into the temporary database system. The database-based middleware further comprises a trigger used to control the temporary database system to periodically transmit updated data in a specified format to a main database of an enterprise management information system. The present invention further discloses a method for realizing data interaction between RFID readers-writers with different physical properties and the enterprise management information system based on the middleware. The middleware and the method have the advantages such as simple integrated process, easy way to trace and inquire, simple interface with superior information system, and convenient encryption management.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to radio frequency identification (RFID) technology, in particular to an RFID lightweight middleware implemented based on database function integration. Background technique [0002] RFID is a non-contact automatic identification technology, which can automatically identify target objects and obtain relevant data through radio frequency signals, without manual intervention, and can work in various harsh environments. RFID technology can identify high-speed moving objects and can identify multiple tags at the same time, and the operation is fast and convenient. [0003] The RFID system is mainly composed of three parts: tags, readers and middleware between the readers and the enterprise management information system. Since there is no unified standard for RFID at present, the equipment produced by many RFID manufacturers varies greatly. Therefore, the tags used by products from different places are likely to be different, and thei...
