The spiral lifting shaft comprises a first rotating shaft and blades spirally arrangedaround the first rotating shaft. The first rotating shaft drives the blades to rotate in the rotation process, materials at the bottom can rise gradually along the spiral blades, the materials constantly move from bottom to up along the spiral blades, the materials at the bottom can obtain more sufficient grinding opportunities, and the grinding sufficiency of the materials at the bottom is greatly improved. The stirring assembly comprises cutters and six second rotating shafts circumferentially arranged around the first rotating shaft at intervals. The cutters are arranged on the second rotating shafts at intervals in the length directions and the peripheral directions of the second rotating shafts. A groove is formed in one side of each cutter, and the opening directions of the grooves are the same as the rotating direction of the stirring assembly.
