Abstract

The invention relates to a selection method of rice-blast-resistant strong dominant hsien rice restorerlines, and belongs to the technical fields of crop genetics and breeding. The selection method ofthe rice-blast-resistant strong dominant hsien rice restorerlines comprises the following steps: taking a rice-blast-resistant hsien rice restorerline parent one (Hua-zhan) with excellent comprehensive agronomic characters, strong dominance and good combining ability as a rice-blast-resistant gene donor parent; taking a non-rice-blast-resistant hsien rice restorerline parent two (Fu-hui 838) withexcellent comprehensive agronomic characters, strong dominance and good combining ability as a receptor parent; carrying out hybridizing; carrying out back-crossing by using the parent one (Hua-zhan)as a recurrent parent; detecting rice-blast-resistant genes, including Pi2, Pi54, Pid3, Pita, Pib and the like, contained in the parent one (Hua-zhan) by utilizing molecular markers; selecting new rice-blast-resistant strong dominant restorerlines by taking agronomic character choice and rice blast resistance identification results into consideration; and then, carrying out matching with different sterility lines so as to select out rice-blast-resistant high-quality high-yield hybrid hsien rice combinations. Thus, rice blast resistance of first hybrid generation can be enhanced so as to meetneeds of current rice production.
