The method comprises the preprocessing card-swiping data of bus passengers processing method; association technology of public transport GPS data and public transport line basic data; and public transport real-time load factor computation method based on the bus multi-source data. The method comprises the following steps: firstly performing the preprocessing of extracting, screening and rejecting the bus dynamic IC card data and the GPS data; extracting the public transport operation state information through the association of the GPS data and public transport line basic data; and meanwhile, dynamically computing a vehicle sampling expansion coefficient based on the historiccard swiping data in different lines and determining the dynamic load factor checking interval threshold; and finally real-time accessing a completely integrated dynamic card swiping data table through the computer technology. The passenger card swiping data, the bus GPS data and like dynamic data, the public transport line basic data, the bus physical parameter and like static data are integrated, thereby constructing a computation model of the public transport real-time load factor.
