Embodiment Construction

[0028] The technical solutions of the present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

[0029] Such as figure 1 As shown, a kind of urban staggered traffic policy simulation and effect analysis method based on RFID data of the present invention comprises the following steps:

[0030] (1) Obtain the original vehicle running track data from the original RFID (Radio Frequency Identification, radio frequency identification) data;

[0031] According to the specific fields of the original RFID data, the data is extracted to obtain the original vehicle trajectory data for subsequent analysis. The original RFID data is presented in sections, and each piece of data records the electronic license plate ID, the detection point IP and the time when the detection is performed, which are recorded as id, ip and T respectively. Taking the electronic license plate ID as the classification basis, the RFID data entries...

Abstract

The invention discloses an urban stagger traffic effect analysis method based on RFID data. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring original vehicle running track data from original RFID data; performing OD matrix slicing based on the vehicle running track data; extracting and moveably carrying out a target OD traffic volume of a stagger traffic measure based on an actual stagger policy to generate an initial stagger OD matrix group; iteratively calculating the initial stagger OD matrix group to obtain a predicted stagger OD matrix group; and obtaining a final OD matrix group basedon the iterative result to achieve an effect assessment of the stagger policy. The method provided by the invention can simulate the OD change of the city in the morning and evening peak periods before and after the stagger policy is implemented in the city, so as to obtain the influence of the stagger policy on the urban traffic operation state, thereby providing data support for the formulationand evaluation of the urban traffic policy, and at the same time, providing a strong guarantee for the simulation, planning and evaluation of the transportation system.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an analysis method for urban road traffic management, in particular to an analysis method for urban peak-staggered traffic effect based on RFID data. Background technique [0002] With the prosperity and development of the country and the advancement of urbanization year by year, all kinds of travel activities of urban residents are becoming more and more frequent, the traffic demand is rapidly expanding, and the pressure on the urban road traffic system is also increasing day by day. The frequent occurrence of traffic congestion not only disrupts the daily travel of residents and increases travel costs such as time delays, but also aggravates environmental pollution and other phenomena. Local governments have increased investment in transportation infrastructure and improved the construction of urban road networks, but practice has proved that transportation supply will never keep up with the increase in demand. In an environ...
