Abstract

The method includes steps of (1) performing rust removal on the steel bars; (2) sleeving the steel bars with heat-shrinkable sleeves; (3) pouring steel bar anti-rust oil in gaps between the heat-shrinkable sleeves and the steel bars; (4) pouring a concrete protecting layer.
