Abstract

An input end of a power inductor is connected with a power supply input end; a switching control end of a switching circuit is connected with a control chip, one switching connection end of the switching circuit is connected with an output end of the power inductor, and the other switching connection end of the switching circuit is grounded; an anode of a freewheel diode is connected with the output end of the power inductor and a cathode of the freewheel diode forms a power supply output end; a sampling connection end of a voltage sampling circuit is connected with the power supply output end, and a sampling output end of the voltage sampling circuit is connected to the control chip; one end of acurrent sampling resistor is grounded, and the other end of the current sampling resistor is connected with an output end of an Atmosphere Pressure Glow Discharge (APGD) excitation source; a first comparison signal input end of a comparison feedback circuit is connected to the other end of the current sampling resistor, a second comparison signal input end of the comparison feedback circuit is connected with a reference voltage, and a feedback signal output end of the comparison feedback circuit is connected to the control chip; and the control chip respectively implements negative feedback regulation of the voltage and the current according to sizes of signals transmitted by the voltage sampling circuit and the comparison feedback circuit.
