Abstract

The method comprises the following steps that (1) industrial cameras are installed on a liftingappliance to shoot a container; (2) the industrial cameras are calibrated to obtain calibration positions of four box angles in corresponding images correspondingly; (3) when the lifting appliance islifted to the highest position, the real-time video acquired by the industrial cameras is processed, automatic detection of the box angles are realized by adopting a template matching algorithm, and the real-time detection coordinate positions of the four box angles are obtained; (4) according to the real-time detection coordinate positions of the four box angles and the corresponding calibrationpositions obtained by the calibration, the relative position deviation of the lifting appliance and the container is calculated; (5) the relative position deviation is connected into a lifting appliance control system to achieve the automatic alignment when the lifting appliance is lifted to the highest position; (6) and the lifting appliance is moved to the middle position and the lower positioncorrespondingly, so that automatic alignment grabbing of the container at the middle position and the lower position can be realized by executing circularly.
