Problems solved by technology

[0002] The design of ballasted track substructure is now generally based on the code to select the thickness of the ballast bed, and then verify the rationality of the ballast bed design thickness according to the fact that the maximum vertical stress of the subgrade is less than the allowable stress of the subgrade. Deformation under load, there are two common diseases of subgrade, one is progressive shear failure, the other is excessive plastic deformation, the common disease caused by excessive plastic deformation is "ballast bag", along with "ballast One side of the roadbed will bulge when the bag is further developed, and the root of disease prevention is to control the accumulated plastic strain and plastic deformation of the roadbed

Abstract

The invention discloses a method and a system for calculating the thickness of a railway track ballasted track bed. The method includes the following steps: obtaining the design parameters of railwaytrack; calculating the design wheel load and the equivalent times of the design wheel load action according to the design parameters; performing acquisition of geological prospecting parameters; geological prospecting parameters including elastic modulus of ballast bed, type, thickness, elastic modulus and compressive strength of subgrade soil; obtaining the design requirements and determine the allowable stress and deformation according to the design requirements; performing calculation of Deviator Stress of Roadbed Based on Geological Prospecting Parameters and Allowable Stress. the plasticstrain factor and the cumulative settlement factor are calculated according to the design wheel load, the equivalent number of wheel load actions, the allowable deformation and the deviator stress ofthe subgrade. According to plastic strain factor and cumulative settlement factor, the thickness of ballasted track bed is determined. The invention comprehensively considers the plastic strain and the accumulated settlement of the roadbed under the action of the cyclic load, and greatly reduces the occurrence of the diseases of the 'ballastbags' and the 'roadbed uplift' in the railway.
