The invention provides a rear subframe assembly and a vehicle, wherein the rear subframe assembly comprises a first side longitudinal beam; a second side longitudinal beam symmetrically arranged withthe first side longitudinal beam; a front cross member whose top sides are connected to the first side longitudinal member and the second side longitudinal member, respectively; a rear cross member disposed opposite to the front cross member and having both sides of a side thereof connected to the first side longitudinal member and the second side longitudinal member, respectively, and wherein thefirst side longitudinal member, the second side longitudinal member, the front cross member, and the rear cross member are aluminum alloy pieces. The first side longitudinal member, the second side longitudinal member, the front cross member, and the rear cross member are aluminum alloy pieces, and the weight of the aluminum alloy pieces is lighter, thereby realizing the lightweight of the vehicle. The first side longitudinal member, the second side longitudinal member, the front cross member and the rear cross member are all cast in one mold, which saves a lot of welding procedures, makes the hard points of each support on the corresponding beam more accurate, improves the manufacturing accuracy, and thus makes the factory consistency of the rear subframe assembly better.
