Abstract

The invention discloses a baking device and method of an immersion type dry-type transformer. The baking device of the immersion type dry-type transformer comprises a drying furnace and a clamp for fixing the immersion type dry-type transformer to be dried. The drying furnace is internally provided with a first rotating shaft and a second rotating shaft, wherein the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft are horizontally and parallelly arranged. The clamp comprises a first circular disc and a second circular disc, wherein the first circular disc and the second circular disc are arranged in parallel and have equal diameters, and the immersion type dry-type transformer is fixed between the first circular disc and the second circular disc. The first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft are separately supported on circular tangent planes on the two sides of the lower portion of the first circular disc and circular tangent planes on the two sides of the lower portion ofthe second circular disc, and when at least one of the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft rotates, the first circular disc and the second circular disc can be driven to rotate around respective center lines. According to the baking device, as the immersion type dry-type transformer in a rotary oven is in a rotating state, the phenomenon of uneven paint film with a thin upper paintfilm and a thick lower paint film in the drying and curing process is further avoided; and meanwhile, the problem of airway obstruction is solved.
