The single-stage positioning rubber stack is arranged at the inner side of a bogie arm with a screw; and then the single-stage positioning rubber stack is pre-compressed by screwing nuts on the outside of thebogie arm; after preloading to the prescribed size, the frame and axle box rotary arm are place well; the single-stage positioning rubber stack is mounted in place; and then the nut and the screw areremoved.
