Abstract

The invention discloses a somatic embryogenesis and plant regeneration culturing method for Koelreuteria paniculata. The method comprises the following steps: (1) culturing a Koelreuteria paniculata seed as an explant to obtain a Koelreuteria paniculata aseptic seedling; (2) inoculating a callus inducing medium with leaves and stem segments of the Koelreuteria paniculata aseptic seedling, and performing culturing to obtain an embryogenic callus; (3) performing somatic embryo differentiation culturing on the embryogenic callus in a somatic embryo development medium to obtain a Koelreuteria paniculata somatic cotyledon embryo; (4) performing cotyledon embryo maturation culturing on the Koelreuteria paniculata somatic cotyledon embryo in a maturation medium; (5) performing germination culturing on a mature cotyledon embryo in a seed germination medium to obtain a complete plant; (6) inoculating a rooting medium with stem segments of the complete plant for rooting culturing.
