At first, the invention adopt fuzzy numbers to describe the relevant uncertain factor and calculates the corresponding expectation value; then, according to the expected value and the decision variables of upper and lower levels, the upper and lower level models of multi-objective decision-making optimization are constructed. Secondly, the global model of multi-objective decision-making optimization is constructedaccording to the upper and lower models of multi-objective decision-making optimization. Then the global model of multi-objective decision-making optimization is transformed into the global model ofmulti-objective decision-making optimization.
