The first connecting rod and the second connecting rod are hinged to a third hinging supporting seat. The third hinging supporting seat is fixedly connected with a fastening piece. The fastening piece is connected with a sleeve in a threaded mode. The sleeve is internally provided with an elastic element. The elastic element abuts against a sleeving rod. The sleeving rod penetrates through the sleeve, and is hinged to a fourth hinging supporting seat. The fourth hinging supporting seat is fixedly connected with a lower base block.
