The environmental monitoring systems installed in the building are used for detecting the environmental condition of the building and sending the environmental condition to the control center. The control center is used for setting andstoring an alternative escape route plan for the activity zone of each floor based on the building structure and forming a one-key control mode for controlling all fire emergency marking lamps involved in the escape route based on the escape route. The positioning systems are carried by escape people and are used for sending out located activity zone position information of the escape people as rescue requests in emergency. The control center is also used for locating the information in the rescue requests, matching the escape routes based on positioning, rejecting infeasible escape routes based on the environmental condition, and starting the related fire emergency marking lamps based on the kept escape routes.
